Here is why cheat works.
Following a diet for 6 days a week and then overeating day 7 (whatever you want, pizza, hamburgers, fries, chips, ice cream, etc.) get the House that there is plenty of food available and this dramatically increases your metabolism and reverses the "bad" hormonal reactions established by diet.
